Lucky's Gives is the charitable arm of Lucky's Mattress Outlet. The Lucky's Gives mission is to give back to the communities we serve through community service events, special projects and donations.

We are looking forward to increasing our charitable giving and fulfilling more donation requests in our communities. If you would like to be considered as an event partner, please complete the donation request form below at least 30 days prior to your event. Due to demand, we can only review those applications that meet the 30-day requirement.
*Before submitting your donation request, please verify that it meets the following requirements:
– Donation is for a non-profit organization with IRS 501(c)3 status.
– The donation request is for a non-monetary gift.
– There are at least 30 days before the donation is needed.
Lucky's Gives cannot make donations toward the following:
– Individuals
– Travel expenses
– Political campaigns
– Monetary requests
